This option is for every woman rider: choose a woman captain on any ride, with no ID or selfie.
How it works
Just three steps
No verification: once your profile says you're a woman, the choice is yours on every ride.

Choose “Woman” in your profile
Once, when you sign up or from your account — no ID and no selfie.

Turn on “Woman captain” when you order
One choice on the booking screen, and the price stays the same.

A verified woman captain picks you up
If no woman captain is available we tell you, and we never switch you to a male captain.
Our rules
Clear rules from the start
- Never switched to a male captain unless you choose
- Children can ride with you (boys under 12)
- Turns on by itself at night (8 PM – 6 AM) if you choose

Who can use this option?
Every rider whose profile in the app says she is a woman.
Does it cost more?
No. A ride with a woman captain has exactly the same fixed price.
What if no woman captain is available?
We tell you right away, and you choose: wait longer or take any available captain. We'll never send you a male captain without your consent.
