1. Definitions and acceptance
"InstaRide" is a technology platform that connects independent captains with riders inside Hadayek El Ahram and from it to Greater Cairo. By registering as a captain you accept these terms, the captain conduct rules and the privacy policy.
2. Registration and documents
- The documents required for your vehicle type must stay valid for as long as you work on the platform.
- The vehicle inspection takes place at the captain office before your first trip.
- We remind you before any document expires; requests stop when it expires until it is renewed.
3. Fares and commission
The fixed fare is shown before you accept a request. The platform commission of 10% of the fare of each completed trip is taken from your prepaid wallet. To take your balance out, contact support on WhatsApp and we transfer it to you.
4. Accepting requests and cancellation
- You are free to accept any request in the list of open requests. After you accept, the rider confirms you; if the rider rejects you, that request is no longer offered to you.
- Cancelling after accepting without a valid reason affects your rating.
- You receive EGP 10 in compensation when a rider cancels after the free cancellation window.
5. Conduct and safety
You follow the captain conduct rules, the community guidelines and safe driving under the traffic laws. We may suspend an account temporarily or permanently for a breach, and you may appeal from the app.
6. Changes and contact
We may change these terms; we will notify you in the app before any material change takes effect and ask for your consent again. To contact us:
