2. Rider privacy
- Do not contact a rider after the trip except to return a forgotten item through the app.
- Do not photograph riders or share their details with anyone.
- Use the calls and chat in the app only.
3. Safety
- Keep to the speed limits and the traffic laws.
- Never drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.
4. Women captain rides
"Woman captain" requests go to verified women captains only, and a ride may not be passed to another captain without the rider's consent.
5. Breaches
Breaches lead to a warning, a temporary suspension or a permanent one depending on their seriousness, and you may appeal from the app. To contact us:
