We expect riders and captains to treat each other with respect, without harassment, violence or discrimination on grounds of sex, religion or origin.
2. Safety first
- Wear your seatbelt; you and your captain follow the traffic rules.
- Share your trip with family when you need to.
3. Being on time
Be at the pickup on time, and tell your captain in the app if you are late. Captains arrive at the time shown or tell the rider.
4. The vehicle and belongings
Keep the vehicle clean, and do not carry dangerous or illegal items.
5. Reporting
