Account deletion request
You can delete your account in the app in a few steps, or send a deletion request from this page without the app.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your profile and number are erased after a 30-day grace period
- Trip records are kept for 180 days without your profile (Law 87)
- Financial records are kept for the legal period
- Wallet balance: use it or ask for a refund before deleting
